Our philosophy of care has allowed us to earn the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's Excellence in Care Award three times; making us the only care facility in the state of Michigan to earn this prestigious award. Additional recognition of our quality care has been given through the Governor's Quality Care Award; an award for outstanding, state licensed adult foster care facilities and homes for the aged.
Cherry Hill Haven creates the ideal environment for people with dementia. It begins with a shared desire to please God and take care of His people. This allows for an environment of merriment and joy to be naturally created by the caregivers at Cherry Hill. Our caregivers recognize that dementia is a condition, it is not the person. The needs of each resident vary, and the care they receive is tailored to their own unique personalities. The caregivers' understanding, empathy, flexibility, and commitment to respond to each resident with a heart of service are constant throughout the time your loved one spends with us. We do not just take care of our residents, we take pride in serving them in whatever way possible.
