Further recognition of our quality care has been given through the Governor's Quality Care Award; an award for outstanding, state licensed adult foster care facilities and homes for the aged.

At Cherry Hill Haven, our staff consists of caring, well-trained professionals; including a full-time, Registered Nurse. We are committed, passionate care providers that take time to get to know each resident. Fifteen years of specializing in dementia care has given us the knowledge and ability to understand the challenges of dementia; so we know how to handle the various situations that arise. We are adept at validation therapy, a form of conversation that is non-confrontational and takes a resident's "reality" into consideration when interacting with him or her. Everyone on our staff emphasizes respect and compassion. Most importantly, we take great care to make each resident feel secure, loved, and cared for.

Families have several living options at Cherry Hill Haven. You can choose from a new, state-of-the-art facility with an interior courtyard, beauty/barber shop, physical therapy equipment, and a coded entry security system; or a beautiful, luxuriously appointed two story residence with a picturesque view of a wooded valley. Our brand new men's lodge is a cozy, but spacious home with a north woods lodge theme; and is set in a 4 acre wooded garden.

From the minute they step inside, residents are welcomed with an atmosphere of comfortable elegance; highlighted by clean, tastefully designed dining rooms, a community room, a gorgeously landscaped courtyard, and more.

Most rooms have a private bath, and all are furnished. However, each room has space to accommodate any personal furniture your loved one may have. This allows family members to add their own "personal touch" with familiar items and furnishings if desired. Our elegant living options are beautiful, but it is the hearts of our caregivers that set Cherry Hill Haven apart.
